Playmania Fundraises for Breast Cancer
Whitney Brundage of Playmania held a breast cancer dinner fundraiser in August and raised $200 with 75 percent of the money staying in the community. Playmania donated its facility, and East Coast Pizza donated pizza towards The Pink Stars captain Vanessa Cain.

Businesses Join To Fight Cancer
In early August, Whitney Brundage of Playmania joined with East Coast Pizza to host a fundraising dinner to raise money for breast cancer awareness. The event raised $200 for local resident Vanessa Cain who is participating in the Susan G. Koman Race for the Cure breast cancer fundraiser as captain of the Pink Stars team.
PlayMania, a family owned indoor children’s play and learning center, offers a series of parent-child programs devoted to the physical, emotional and social development of children including open play and classes for children from birth to age six. On September 20 from 9 a.m.-12 Noon, PlayMania is hosting an open house to showcase new classes and packages.
